Energise Ross Captures My Interest

I really liked the fresh heading focused on the effects of negative emotions and thinking from Energise Ross. How many time have you been caught in the unconscious behavior of thinking negative or ill of something or someone, I know I have and have tried numerous times to overcome it.  Here is what he had to say:   http://www.energiseforlife.com/alkaline-newsletter/20APRNLa.html

Black and White truth on Enzymes, Probiotics, HCL

Black and White truth on Enzymes, Probiotics, HCL

I am amazed how blindly we follow the published information out there, hoping to believe this or that will help our health become this miracle machine God designed it to be.  This article on common digestive claims have opened up the revealing truths around "the why's" and "whats" behind taking enzymes, probiotics, and HCL.  Many ask the question in their minds, but don't know where to look for the answers. Trust is then blindly put into the false claims that even the publishing producers of product have set their claims on.

This article will dispel your missing understanding.

Plant based diet saves lives.

'Evidence suggests that a plant-based diet is beneficial for
preventing and treating a variety of chronic diseases. In
addition to the effects of a plant-based diet on hypercholesterolemia,
these include coronary artery disease, diabetes,
hypertension, obesity, prostate cancer, breast cancer, and
other conditions. In other words, it is not 1 diet for heart
disease, another for diabetes, and another for hypercholesterolemia.
A reason that these conditions are often associated
is that they often share common diet and lifestyle
origins."  Dean Ornish

New Research on Cholesterol

‎"The body only makes cholesterol in relationship to its acid load." Robert O Young

Acid is found in foods we eat day to day.  When you consume sweets, refined carbohydrates, meat, carbonated sweetened beverages, yeasty foods, moldy foods (found in various cheeses), bacteria type foods   (like yogurts) your body has to work hard to alkalize those foods. It does this by taking alkalizing minerals like calcium from your bones, magnesium, potassium, sodium from your body.  It is a process of harmony.

Our body also become acidic by our thoughts and actions.  Angry, upset, worried, negativity all produces acidic reactions in your body.  Peace, calmness, energy, happy disposition comes from alkaline balance.

Opposites are necessary, but balance is more important to your health!

Limey, Love it Green Shake

This is Shelley Young's favorite lime green shake.  I would have to say it's mine too!

Here it is:

1/2 Avocado (Haas is the best tasting)
1/2 English Cucumber (the skinny longs ones without seeds)
3 limes or 4 Limes (without the rind)
2 cups of Spinach (enough to fill the blender almost to the top)
1 tsp of Stevia (natural cactus sugar)
Several Ice Cubes to make it nice and cold to enjoy!

The mix it well in a blender!
